TotBots Easyfit are all in one nappies that can be used as they are. It is possible to fit inserts for extra protection if needed. They have press studs on the sides to make them adjustable as your baby grows.

This has only been used a handful of times as my daughter switched to knickers very soon after we bought it. This is in a really good condition.
