Below are all the details for selling your nappies with renappy.

How it works
We list your nappies on your behalf.

We will handle all the photos, listing the items on ReNappy, marketing, selling, posting, and liaising with potential buyers.

Once your nappies have sold, we will send you the payment minus the 20% commission (to cover all our costs in hosting the nappies on our website, marketing, and selling). If your nappies are in a less than desirable condition (eg excess staining), we will try our best to strip wash them thoroughly and try to remove the stains. The commission rate may increase if the nappies are heavily stained or in poor condition as these will take longer to sell. We reserve the right to send your nappies back to you if they are sent to us in an unsellable condition (and this was not previously disclosed to us). This commission rate is subject to change depending on changes we make over time - any changes we make, we will inform you of. This will be sent to you via PayPal or bank transfer. Please detail bank details or PayPal details below.

Nappies you want to sell should be in a good and clean condition. Naturally, we expect that they are used and preloved - they are second hand nappies and we understand that. However, they do need to be in a condition that can re-sell (ie, any nappies that are falling apart, balding severely, or have much staining or bleaching are unlikely to sell on). Do get in touch if you want to discuss your nappies further and feel free to send pictures - we are more than likely to accept them but we just like to check first that they are clean and sellable.

We ask you to post us your nappies via a reputable postal company eg Evri, DPD or Royal Mail. Evri or Yodel are currently the cheapest options. We will give you the address to send to once we have agreed on the amount of nappies you are sending. You are responsible for the postage costs incurred. We can sometimes do a pick up or you can drop off directly to us if you are local (we are in Manchester).

Please note that there may be a slight delay whilst we prep, photograph, and list your nappies on the Renappy website. This is due to working on ReNappy alongside an NHS part time job, so work happens during days off and baby nap times!

We agree to list your nappies on ReNappy for a 2 month timeframe initially, although generally we do keep them on the website for significantly longer than this. You can send your nappies to us with specific prices detailed or you can let us list your nappies for prices that we think reflect a fair and competitive second hand price.  We may from time to time reduce the price of the nappies if we think they may sell better if offered in sales or special offers. If you do not want this to happen, please specify your fixed prices when sending us your nappies and ask us not to reduce the cost in the first 2 months.

ReNappy also has a team of social media ‘reps’ who have individual rep codes for either 10 or 15% off Renappy shop items. Reps on social media help to promote ReNappy and get more people to know who we are. This in turn means that more potential customers will see your nappy items, which should result in more sales. We also offer incentive discounts to repeat customers - eg 10% off of their second order with us or 10% off for leaving us a review. We also now offer the chance for ReNappy buyers to pay using "spread the cost" type payments (Klarna, Clearpay). These sites charge us a small fee (around 2%) which will come off the total price that your item sells for. 

We also offer free shipping on orders over £40. Your money received from the sale of your nappies may at times be 10 or 15% less, if they were bought as part of one of these promotions. However, please bear in mind that these promotions are designed to do just that - promote your items so they have a better chance of selling. Please make sure you’re happy with this before sending us nappies to sell on your behalf.

If after a significant amount of time your nappies haven't sold with us, we will contact you to discuss next steps. The possible next steps might include further discounts to encourage sales, bundle discounts on the website, BOGOF offers, posting the nappies back to you, or donating to a nappy library. 

When posting your items to us, please also make sure you pop your name in there so we know who the package is from.
