When can I expect my order?

Thank you for buying from us! We feel excited and honoured with every single order, because you have chosen and trusted us! Thank you. 

If you’re buying from the main renappy shop, we aim to post within 7 days. Usually we post quicker than that, within 2-3 days, but please allow up to 7. We know it can feel hard to wait for your items when you’re excited about receiving them, and we know how frustrating it can feel when items seem to take ages to arrive. We always do our best to post as soon as we can. We ship all our orders using Evri. 
 

If you have ordered from the renappy marketplace, your seller will send your items out within 7 days. If you haven’t had any confirmation from your seller within 7 days, do feel free to get in touch and I can liaise with them on your behalf. Our email is renappyshop@gmail.com
