ReNappy International Shipping Details
At the present moment, only items from ReNappy shop can be purchased and shipped abroad. Items from the marketplace cannot be purchased from outside of the UK.
Shipping to Mainland Europe
Unfortunately, shipping to Europe is now more complicated because of Brexit. As of the 13th December 2024, new legislation comes into place which is making shipping to mainland Europe (and Northrrn Ireland) incredibly difficult for small businesses like us. It is now no longer feasible for us to sell items to customers in mainland EU countries or Northern Ireland.
The following applies to orders placed within the EU prior to the 13 December 2024:
There may be taxes and customs duties to pay on receipt of your parcel - please be aware of this as you are responsible for paying these potential charges.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of £16. However, if you are buying many items (eg more than 8), please do get in touch with us first as we may need to weigh and double check how much postage will cost. Email us on renappyshop@gmail.com
If you do not pay the customs/duties required on receipt of your parcel, your parcel may be returned to us. We will refund the item costs but we will deduct the original postage cost, plus any additional fees, customs/taxes, and/or admin time incurred.
If customs fees are required, your country’s customs department will contact you, not ReNappy. Please keep an eye out for emails or written letters regarding these. If you don’t pay, then the parcel will be returned to us and the above policy in terms of fees and costs incurred with admin will be followed.
International shipping to the rest of the world including USA and Canada
We offer international shipping across the world. There may be customs duties and taxes incurred - you are responsible for paying these.

All this being said, if you want to make an order for international shipping, find the items you want and send us an email. I can weigh the items and give you an accurate shipping cost which could work out more cheaply than the above.
