The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics: this includes your name, postal address, credit card and paypal details (if applicable), and email address).
- Our website host also collects data around how much individuals use our website including anonymised data on who is currently searching the website (we cannot identify individuals via this data) and who has filled their shopping cart with items but not yet paid (this does show names of who has not yet completed checkout).
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have made a purchase on our website and we are posting your items out to your address
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- You have been searching for items and have put them into your shopping cart
We use the information that you have given us in order to send your purchased items to you.
We may share this information with our shipping provider (e.g., Evri, Royal Mail, DPD). Your information is not shared with anyone else.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your purchase history including your name, address, and email address for up to 5 years. This is to ensure we have all data around all our business incomings and expenditure for tax and legal purposes. We will then dispose your information by deleting all records that we hold (and any digital traces) securely.
