How does ReNappy work?
We are the UK’s first and only dedicated second-hand reusable nappy shop AND marketplace. Here, you can source all your reusable nappy needs - from all in ones, to pocket nappies, to fitted nappies and wraps, to boosters, liners, and accessories. We stock all major well-known brands, as well as some lovely handmade and more unique prints. If you’re after something in particular, just get in touch - we may have it or we may be able to source it.
However, some of you may be at the end of your nappy journey instead. So, because we are both a shop and a marketplace, this means that you can either send us your nappies and we’ll sell them for you, or you can sign up as a seller and list them yourself! The choice is yours. We are not currently open to taking on nappies to sell on your behalf but slots do occasionally open up - you can now join our waiting list but please note there is no guarantee that we will be able to take your items on. However, if you want to sell your items immediately, you can also join us and sign up to sell on the marketplace. It is simple and quick to do so. Use the links below to sell on the marketplace, and make sure to read the seller guidance beforehand as everything you need to know is in there.
How does shipping work with ReNappy or the Marketplace?
If you want to know who you are buying from, you will see either ‘ReNappy’ or an individual seller’s name above the item brand name (see photo above).
You can buy from both ReNappy Shop and the ReNappy marketplace.
Shipping from ReNappy Shop is a flat rate of £4 (or free for everyone over £40). Free shipping is for all UK customers - use code FREESHIPPING including Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
Shipping from the ReNappy marketplace is different as items come from individual sellers all over the country. Each individual marketplace seller is responsible for sending out their items to you. Shipping in the UK will either be £4 £5.5, or £7 from individual marketplace sellers (depending on the amount you buy). If you buy from more than one marketplace seller, then those shipping costs apply to each individual seller. Only customers in the UK can currently buy from the marketplace.
